By accessing and using Clusterra ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Clusterra provides managed High-Performance Computing (HPC) deployment and management tools. The Service integrates with your own AWS account ("Bring Your Own Cloud") to provision and manage compute resources.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• All AWS costs incurred by resources provisioned through our Service in your account.
• maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• ensuring your use of the Service complies with AWS Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the Service. You explicitly agree not to use our email notification features for spam or unsolicited marketing.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Clusterra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or AWS infrastructure costs.
